Fish-based Stocks & Soups - Cooking Class at Le Cordon Bleu

With the Mediterranean Sea on our door steps, what better place to learn all the skill necessary to turn the seas natural resources into beautiful flavoursome meals.

During this 3 ½ hours practical workshop session you will learn how to extract the maximum flavour from the ingredients and transform them into stocks and soups. Under the expert guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, you will create these dishes alongside the Chef. Pay close attention to the Chef’s advice and demonstrations and you will soon be able to recreate your success for your family and loved ones
