Mindfulness Sessions with AUBMC Health and Wellness Center

BREATHE THROUGH EACH WEEK WITH MINDFULNESS

The Health and Wellness Center is offering mindfulness meditation sessions every Wednesday from 5:00 pm till 6:30 pm guided by our Reiki and Karuna Master Mrs. Nawal Fleihan.
