Traditional Thai Yoga massage is an ancient healing practice with its roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, and spiritual practices. This unique and complete system combines rhythmic movements, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching, and meditation. It releases tension, increases vitality, and creates a balance of body, mind, and emotions in both giver and receiver.

This massage training is designed for anyone with a desire to better themselves and the lives of others through loving-kindness and healing body touch. It is a great additional modality for Yoga teachers and massage therapists or for anyone interested in general well-being and bodywork. No prior Yoga or massage experience is needed.

IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:
✺ History and theoretical foundations of Thai Yoga.
✺ To structure and give massage in the supine position (Level 1), feet to face.
✺ About 70 different steps covering the whole body, feet, legs, abdomen, chest, arms, hands, neck, and face.
✺ Theory and massage of Sen lines (channels/meridians/nadis).
✺ Restorative Yoga poses to facilitate deep relaxation.
✺ Applied Yoga stretching exercises and breathing exercises.
✺ Principles of energetic work.
✺ Using Thai Yoga movements to adjust, balance, and correct Yoga asanas.
✺ To work in a meditative state of mind.
✺ Helping the receiver to experience a deeply relaxed altered state.

CERTIFICATION:
On the fifth day, students will undertake a practical exam covering all the steps given during the course. Upon completion and passing the exam, graduates will receive a 30-hour Certificate of Completion. Graduates of the training will acquire the skills needed to be a Thai Yoga massage practitioner.

YOUR TRAINER:
Ayman Khatib (AKA Aravinda) is an international Yoga teacher, energy healer, Thai Yoga massage practitioner, and teacher. Yoga has been a part of his life for over 15 years. In 2012, he started a journey in Asia that showed him the true purpose of life and resulted in ending his corporate career and becoming a Yoga teacher. Having lived and studied in many ashrams around the world, such as in India, Bahamas, and Canada, he is dedicated to sharing the traditional and authentic Yogic science and philosophy. Ayman is known for his calmness in conducting warm and inviting courses that are best described as physically, mentally, and spiritually uplifting.

50% paid upon registration and 50% is paid on the first day

COURSE POLICY:
The course is limited to 8 participants max
Due to venue and food catering commitments, we are unable to offer any type of refund
Participants are required to attend all five days.
Participants are required to undertake and pass the exam to receive their certification
A second exam attempt is possible at an extra fee of 300,000 LBP
No smoking or alcohol is allowed during the course
