Join us next Monday for another tastebud explosion: spices, flavours and an authentic dining experience are all on the menu!

Rahel Ababe will be preparing a delicious six-course Ethiopian buffet dinner
Committed activist with Nasawiya, Rahel has been at the forefront of a number of battles and causes be it women’s rights or the anti-racism movement.
She’s also an amazing cook who’s been making us discover the food of her homeland for the last 3 years.

Menu :

Yekuanta Firfir
Chunks of beef jerk cooked with onion, berbere sauce, sauteed in flavored butter and mixed with pleces of injera

Minchet abish wot (Ground Beef Stew)

Hilbet (paste made from legumes; mainly lentil and faba beans).

Misir wot (Ethiopian spicy lentils in red sauce)

Mixed vegetables

Dessert :
Exotic and local fruits

All the dishes will be served with injera. This unleavened bread is really a huge pancake, which is used at the same time as a plate. You will love it !
