Advanced Yoga Classes with Art of Living

Every Wednesday from 6pm to 7:30pm

Take your yoga practice to the next level.
Improve endurance and strength, learn new Asanas and Pranayamas. Set your goals and work towards achieving them.
This course requires at least 3 months of regular yoga practice.
Yoga mats are provided.
• Please bring a water bottle.
• Please come 15 minutes early to register and set up
• It's recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing for stretching.

About Art of Living Yoga:
Art of Living Yoga is a complete yoga discipline where the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a very joyful and thorough manner. A combination of gentle and vigorous series of asanas (postures) is taught for the well-being of the body, while an equal emphasis is placed on techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit.
