This art therapy workshop offers time and space, to express yourself, understand some of your personal conflicts, and explore new ways of dealing with challenges.
In a playful and non-judgmental environment, you would be involved in art making (drawing, painting, collage, clay, etc.), interactive exercises, and intimate group discussions.

You do NOT need to be “good” in any form of art.

Confidentiality is highly respected.

$360/12 sessions (3 payments of $120), art materials included

* Places are limited. Registration required by Saturday February 07.
* Early registration fee $315/12 sessions (3 payments of $105)
