Boxing- Try out this energizing Boxing class to boost your strength, power, and cardio all while relieving a LOT of stress!

These sessions are targeted to get you results while having fun and enjoying the encouragement from others in our small group setting. With a maximum of 12 people per class you’re sure to get to know the Trainers and the rest of the Le Gym Family as we all workout together! We recommend attending 2-3 classes per week for maximal results!
