Learning Objectives:
1- Laugh more easily and more often.

3- Bring more laughter to your co-workers, friends and family.
4- Lead Laughter Yoga classes, clubs, workshops, and seminars.
5- Acquire the basic facilitation skills of how to lead a group of people through laughter session and meditation.
6- Learn the history, concept, philosophy and different steps of Laughter Yoga and meditation.
7- Learn ways to customize Laughter Yoga to use for organizations, seniors, community events, self-growth and more.

Training Schedule: Day 1
- Completion of Registration forms & Liability Release
- Introduction to CLY Teacher & venue logistics, rest rooms, lunch and tea/coffee places and timings
- Video clips: International news coverage.
- Complete: “How do yoi feel?” Form.
- Participant Introduction through laughter exercise: Name and what do they do.
- Laughter Yoga history, concept and philosophy.
- Tea/coffee Break
- Laughter Yoga session (10 foundation exercises) + practice.
- Lunch
- Laughter Yoga Leader basic facilitation: 4 steps of Laughter Yoga.
- Introduction then practice by each participant.
- Tea/Coffee Break
- Laughter Yoga session (10 more foundation exercises) + practice.
- Description to: What is Laughter Yoga?
- Laughter meditation followed by guided relaxation + Complete side 2 of “How do you feel?” form.


Training Schedule: Day 2
- Benefits of Laughter Yoga.
- Practice session to continue both practical and theory. Participants practice leading exercises.
- Laughter Yoga in companies and corporations.
- Tea/coffee Break.
- Laughter Yoga session (10 more foundation exercises) + practice + Laughter meditation.
- Laughter Yoga with seniors.
- Lunch
- How to start a Laughter Club-basic guidelines for organizing pubic seminars, promoting and running Laughter Yoga sessions, media and publicity.
- Laughter Yoga with school children.
- Tea/coffee Break
- Laughter Yoga session (10 more foundation exercises) + practice + Laughter meditation followed by guided relaxation.
- Certification + group photo.
