Apparently there is a clown in every one of us. Yes it's a fact but we just don't know it yet.
This clown seeks attention, loves to play and hides in vulnerable spots we don't really like to reveal.
It is not easy finding and defining this inner clown. It takes a lot of adaptation and confrontation and last an audience. A clown is born in front of an audience and without the latter, there is no clown.
During this two day workshop you will be seeking your inner clown. Physical theatre exercises will be given to build a strong body base and will be later developed with improvisation tasks and clowning exercises.

Janna is a performer, director and teacher from Finland specialized in physical theatre.
She acquired a masters in Physical Comedy at the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2010 along with other BA's in Circus Arts at Turku university and schools in Paris, Slovakia and Copenhagen.
Her work focuses on gender issues and sexuality and she has developed her own performing language called the "Clown Burlesque".
