Cuisine Alsacienne at Le Cordon Bleu Lebanon

During this four hour practical class our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will take you through all the keys stages of preparing an Alsacian menu – to preparing the flemmekueche, preparing Sauerkraut, preparing Apple Fritters! A four hour group practical lesson. During the workshop our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs share with you their skills and knowledge of preparing an Alsacian menu. You will also have the opportunity to put these skills to the test preparing you to reproduce these classic dishes in your home kitchens.
