Each session will have a different intention to help us move through this month with grace and ease.

🔻 Intentions (The why) for offering these FREE movement sessions:
- For us to come together (virtually at least)
- Learn how to move mindfully
- Bring awareness to our habits
- Travel inward to explore our creative body
- Release and let go of what no longer has been serving our purpose
🔻 What to Expect:
- This session is open to movers and non-movers of all types.
- It includes some stretching and free body movement practices.
- All you need is a small space to move and lay down, and any device with access to the internet.
- Drink enough water before the session (and no heavy foods)
