TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

60 mins workout combining constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. The main focus will be on: • Gymnastics & skills • Bodyweight workouts • Endurance & conditioning
The class will be structured as follows:
10 min warm-up
15 min work on a skill
30 mins workout
5 mins cool down and stretch

Program example:
10 minutes continuous effort
10 walking lunges
5 inchworm
10 glute bridges
30 second hollow hold
15 min work skill progression (Push-ups) Depending on each individuals ability the progressions will be the following:
5 min demo. & then assigning individuals to the correct progression

Beginner level:
wall push-up – 3 sets of 50 reps (3 x 50)
Intermediate level: inclined push-up – 3 sets of 40 reps (3 x 40) Advanced level: full range push-up – 3 sets of 20 reps (3 x 20)

30 min workout
Part 1 13 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 21-15-9

Burpees/air squats/push-ups 2 mins rest Part 2 13 min
EMOM (every minute of the minute) Odd minute – 40 seconds max effort step over burpee Even minute – 40 seconds max effort reverse lunge
5 mins stretch & cool down

Mini Bio:
Designer by day and Trainer by night. I recently moved back to Beirut. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 3 years now and a Level 1 certified CrossFit trainer. I’ve worked with several clients over the past year and it’s been an absolute pleasure watching them become fitter and happier with their self-image and transformation.
