Hello Yogis, Nature Lovers, and friends, we hike again ! Sarvam Yoga family in collaboration with Shouf Ancient Paths Hiking Group invite you on Sunday the 15th of April to a beautiful hike and yoga session in Moukhtara, Shouf District in a breathtaking valley where the Barouk river runs to draw the most heavenly landscape.

We shall walk down the valley, walk by the river, we will pass by historical bridges and water mills until we reach the Breathtaking « Arous Pond ». We will finish our walk by practicing yoga, chilling and eating.

No previous yoga experience needed!

Vegetarian Lebanese Lunch: Picnic Style (optional): Around 10 USD. Lunch is optional. But let us know if you are interested in lunch.

On our way to Chouf we will stop for breakfest (Mankoushe).

A moderate hiking trip:
Distance: 8 km
Uphill 650 to 800 m
Actual walking time: 3.5. + 2 hours of stops and Yoga; Total 6 to 7 hours.
Meeting point: Sarvam Yoga Gemmayzeh
Departure from Beirut: 7.30 am sharp !
Leaving back to beirut: 4 pm, expected arrival to Beirut 5 to 5.30 pm.

Gear up with:
- Comfortable clothes suitable for walking and yoga
- Hiking shoes (or a Tennis Shoes suitable for hiking, no converse, toms, and likes…)
- Yoga Mat
- Backpack
- Water (2 Liters),
- Light meal & snacks (nuts, dates, chocolate, etc.)
- Sunglasses, sun cream, hat
- Warm jacket

Fees:
30 $ (this amount includes transportation, Yoga session, and guiding. Does not include medical insurance or food).
