Our first hike this spring season will be at Ammiq Wetland, the largest remaining freshwater reserve in Lebanon. It is Lebanon’s most biodiversity rich site and the best place to see wild birds.

Our main activities during this day are as follows:
 Our day will start with a short breakfast stop on our way to Ammiq.
 Hiking starting from the oak and pine forest of Ammiq, under Barouk natural reserve, reaching Tallit El Sa3louk from where we can admire a fantastic view of Ammiq wetlands and the colorful Bekaa valley. Our hike will continue to Ammiq wetlands, where we are going to take a trail, in the middle of the Wetlands; it is a fantastic one where you can admire lovely sceneries. You can watch the wild birds crossing the area and watching the Buffalos swimming in the fresh water of this beautiful wetland.
