You and your baby are special. Childbirth can be an empowering and positive event in your life – and one you want to remember.

With the help of the hypnobirthing course, the birth of your baby can be a more comfortable, calm, relaxed, natural and rewarding experience, and one where you are in control and you need less intervention.

Soundly based in established anatomy, physiology and psychology, our HypnoBirthing course teaches you – and your husband or birthing partner - the HypnoBirthing techniques to achieve this. It is a complete prenatal and birth training.

What you will learn:
1- Breathing techniques that actually help the birth
2- How to be confident and informed when talking to doctors and nurses
3- When to question, what to ask
4- How to release any fears about childbirth
5- How to bring about your own easy start of labour
6- How to relax, stay calm and in control

The benefits for you and your baby:
1- Shorter labour and birth
2- Significantly lower rate of medicalised births
3- High number of comfortable, natural births
4- Highly energised mums in good spirits following births that are calm and gentle
5- Techniques learned can be used again and again
6- Hypnobirthing techniques work very effectively with hospital births, home births, water births.
7- Use the techniques to help calm and relax yourself any time you feel stressed.
8- decrease the chances for inductions or C-sections by half.

When:
The HypnoBirthing course is scheduled for 4 continuous sessions over 4 Saturdays (or other day if the group prefers it).
In case you would like another schedule, let me know.

What you receive:
In addition to the workshops and relaxations included in the course, you will also be given a copy of the book, the CD and a folder of practical handouts.
After you have completed the course, Duna is available for phone or email support.
