so many buzzwords, so little time. Our Holiday edition will try to help us with a mini service design 101 session with our guest from Sydney Hanan Bou Akl.

Hanan is currently undertaking a Master of Design program, focused on Service Design, at the University of Technology in Sydney, CBD. She is excited to share her knowledge on the subject with those of you who are considering it or are just simply curious about it!

Her working background spans from places like TBWA, Leo Burnett, and Joefish Advertising.

Hanan is an awarded Member in the "ISTD" (International Society of Typographic Designers) & "D&Ad." (Design & Advertisement) Organisation in London.

In her spare time, she is a legit yogi & volunteer with the Isha Foundation.
