Lebanon Economic Forum 2014 - LEF 2014

Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal is organizing the Lebanon Economic Forum in cooperation with the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL) and the Federation of Lebanese Chambers.

Participants expected to include ministers, officials, and business leaders from Lebanon and the Arab countries.
Starting from an in-depth analysis and discussion of the current political and economic situation in the Arab world and the wider region, this year’s forum will look at means of countering challenges facing the Lebanese private sector, and shielding economic activity from the prevailing regional situation and its possible developments.
In this respect, and as its main theme implies, the Forum will give particular attention to small and medium-sized enterprises which account for more than 80 percent of productive activities in Lebanon and the Arab world, and are at the center of private sector activity and job creation.
