Mindfulness Body Spirit Meditation (MBSM) Program

Are you overwhelmed by what’s going on around you?
Are you new to mindfulness and meditation?
What is mindfulness and what are the benefits of improving self-awareness regarding our bodies, emotions, and thoughts?
Come join us for a 10 weeks program on Thursdays 1.5 hours each Starting:
Date: Thursdays 6:30 - 8pm starting March 28, 2019- May 30, 2019
1 session/week 1.5 hours/session

This program is a good start that puts you on the right track on a Journey of knowing thyself through Body Spirit Meditation.
Join our Mindfulness Body Spirit Meditation (MBSM) program, if you are a beginner or if you have done any kind of meditation before and would like to have more guidance to restart with the right foundation.
