Mindfulness BS Meditation Level 1/5

Are you overwhelmed by what’s going on around you?
Are you new to mindfulness and meditation?

Join us for a 4 sessions program on Thursdays 1.5 hours each Starting:
Thursday 31 Jan, 6:30 - 8pm until Thursday 21 Feb, 6:30 - 8pm

Settle down and heal the body program is a good start that puts you on the right track. This first level will be your first step on a Journey of knowing thyself through BodySpirit Meditation.

Join our Mindfulness BodySpirit Meditation level 1 (MBSM Lv1) program, if you are a beginner or if you have done any kind of meditation before and would like to have more guidance to restart with the right foundation. With Nazih Wehbe.

MBSM Level 1 program will include:
Mindful Standing
Standing BS Series Lv1
Massage the body
Mindful Sitting
Sitting BS Series Lv1
Sound practice Lv1
Three Breathing Exercises
Lying relaxation
Loving kindness practice Lv1
Mindful Lying Breathing

This level will be followed by 4 other optional levels that allow you to go deep into mindfulness, mantra, and open awareness meditations.

While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.

Daily practice of MBSM can help you:

There’s growing research showing that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain. We now give you a chance to join our program every 2 weeks. The program covers a variety of techniques to give you an overview and practical experience of each.

After learning the given techniques, you can start practicing by yourself the technique/s that you found the most effective in meeting your goal for wanting to learn meditation.

►Participation Fees: $100 per person including 4 sessions.

• All materials are supplied, including water, mats, cushions, blankets, and chairs.
