A refreshing start to your day!

Maysan will guide you through a moderately-paced and intelligently-sequenced class, linking the conscious breath with mindful movement, with an emphasis on safe alignment. The use of props will be encouraged. You will build endurance, strength and flexibility whilst experiencing the more subtle effects of gradually moving into stillness, in a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

About Maysan:

After several years of practicing yoga, Maysan completed the August 2014 200-Hour YogaWorks Teacher Training with Los Angeles-based trainer Sarah Ezrin, in Beirut. Since then, she is joyfully sharing the gift of yoga with the Beirut community. Maysan also recently traveled to New York City to study with Maty Ezraty, one of the world's most renowned and experienced teachers. Through her classes, Maysan hopes to guide students towards creating more space and ease in their bodies, minds and lives, one breath at a time. She is a certified aromatherapy practitioner and has studied several different holistic healing techniques such as Reiki and Access Bars. Maysan is also an environmental education specialist and a published writer.
