My Journal: Spring Clean my Life!

The change of seasons is a great opportunity to reflect and have a “Spring Clean”. It symbolizes renewal, rebirth and fresh starts. Anytime you feel clogged or an energy drain is a good time to do some cluttering.

During this journaling session, we will examine the different aspects of our life where clutter creeps in and pulls us away from moving forward with ease.
We will not only examine our physical/material clutter but also habits, relationships, and thought patterns that clogs our minds, time, and energy.

Once you do the self-inventory and put it down on paper, you will gain clarity and be able to take the appropriate action with a renewed motivation.
