Fady Rebeiz holds the three Executive Certificates “Culture et Perfectionnement de la Gastronomie Française” “Dessert sur Assiette” and “ Cuisine Creative” from Institut Paul Bocuse (Lyon) and the Executive Certificate “ Design Culinaire” from Centre de Formation Alain Ducasse (Paris).
