Through a technique called Action TheaterTM, children learn to express themselves through the voice and body in a fun way, increasing self-esteem, trust in themselves and others, and awareness of their innate creativity.

DIANA FARHAT is a Hatha and Rainbow kids yoga teacher. Along with other passions, Yoga is her main. She began her career as a kindergarten school teacher and taught for 6 years. Diana had a chance to volunteer at many youth centers in Montreal, Canada and then travelled to India and took a course on Ayurvedic therapy and nutrition and has been educating people on the emotional effects of food along side catering. Diana continues to explore herself as she deepens her journey of energy healing while sharing her love for yoga and food to all ages as she teaches in many centers in Lebanon. Giving meditation and yoga classes - Diana shares her love for yoga with all ages and families.

Chantal Mailhac started music studies when she was 11 years old. Not long after, a strong desire to experiment with the sounds she heard led her to organize musical evenings with her family where she orchestrated all 6 members. She made arrangements for the different vocal parts and conducted her father, mother, two sisters and her brother (when they felt like it!). When she grew up a little, she studied theatre. So she began mixing it all together: singing, instruments and theatre. Later, she grew up even more and she felt the need to tell stories. Music is her muse. Now she tells stories in order to sing!
