Body Spirit session: It is a combination of pilates, yoga balancing exercises and some breathing techniques. In addition to 10 min optional relaxation and magical passes for warm up.

These are the muscles we rely on to support a strong, supple back, good posture, and to maintain good balance. When the core is strong, the frame of the body is supported. This means the neck and shoulders can relax, and the rest of the muscles and joints are freed to do their jobs.

Regulations :
• Only one session is for L.L. 20,000
• The package of 4 consecutive sessions is for L.L. 60,000
• The package of 4 flexible sessions is for L.L. 70,000
• Payment is to be made before starting the session/s
• If you miss one session it will be considered used. (consecutive sessions)
• The maximum number of sessions allowed to be missed is 2 sessions. (flexible sessions)
• At least 4 attendees should be present to open the class
• Reservation is to be made in advance as places are limited to 8 persons.
