THIS EVENT WILL BE REPLACED BY ANOTHER HIKING EVENT FROM “DEIR EL HAREF TO SHBANIEH” IN CASE OF SNOW LACK.

What to Expect
Just because you don’t ski doesn’t mean you can’t have a little bit of fun in the powder.
For those who never tried snowshoeing, you should consider it. It’s kind of like hiking in the snow. Only, you wear snowshoes, use poles, and other winter gear.
The snowshoes keep you from sinking down into all of that snow.
Enjoy experiencing some of the majestic terrain of Lebanon, this Sunday from Bakish to Sannine!

Our day will start with a breakfast stop on our way.

Upon our arrival to Qanat Bakish, we’ll start at an altitude of around 1700 M from where we will take natural trails crossing the mountains, passing through Arz Bakish, reaching Sannine area. From there, your eyes can catch beautiful sceneries of the white landscapes, merged with the clouds and valleys.
It will end in Sannine area where we are going to chill out in the afternoon in a nice auberge, to sip a hot drink before going back to Beirut.
We’ll enjoy our lunch on the white carpet of the nature.
