Tai Chi Sessions with AUBMC Health and Wellness Center


Tai Chi is a type of exercise that combines deep breathing and relaxation, and has many potential health benefits including:

- Strengthening nerves
- Improving circulation

- Lowering blood pressure
- Improving heart health
- Decreasing stress
- Maintaining joint mobility
