The Importance of Self-Doubt in the Decision-Making Process

Through this Mini workshop participants will learn to:
- Shed light on various mechanisms that come at play during acquisition of knowledge and decision making.
- See how perception of reality is actually quite ambiguous and subjective.
- Explore our interpretations and inferences and how they are modulated by concepts such as learned helplessness, illusion of knowledge or the cognitive biases that can impact our functioning.
- See what we can do to mitigate these factors and strive for better decision making and communication.
