TRX is a dynamic and challenging suspension­ training workout based on a series of ‘multi­plane’ exercises performed using your own body weight and the force of gravity. The focus is on technique, endurance, balance, and power in the most basic foundational movements to the advanced exercises—all taught in easy to follow progressions.
