A vision board is a collage of images of things you want in your life. Creating your own vision board is considered the key to success. It is not enough to simply have a positive mental attitude. The secret to achieving your goals is to dream about positive, focused, and specific goals.

ATTENTION is powerful, and you must have noticed that where your attention goes, your energy flows. So make your attention focused on the things that you want to attract in your life?

Training outcomes:

During this training participants will:

· Set their goals for 2015
· Create their own 2015 Vision Board

About the Trainer

Olga Safa is both an engineer and an artist. She is a graduate of AUB holding a BE in Computer and Communications Engineering and a MBA. She has a passion for training, specifically on topics related to creative thinking and arts. She loves traveling, reading, cooking, playing the guitar, dancing tango, and painting
