Come and enjoy a challenging simple Yin Yoga practice with Serene at Soul Spa club.

Yin Yoga is a more calm challenging practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

It is great to release tightness in the back, hips, and hamstrings.. helping you maintain the flexibility and regain loss sof mobility. Likewise, if you don't do much stretching, and you want to really focus on improving lower body flexibility then this is the class for you.

Yin Yoga focuses on deep stretches held for long periods of time to really loosen up and balance the low back, hips and legs.

Apart from the physical aspect, energetically, Yin yoga improves the flow of energy in the organs. it acts on the energy locks, on all the organs, releasing emotional blockages. It also benefits the nervous system, giving everybody the chance to relax in the now, feeling more connected and present.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

After you have experienced a Yin Yoga class, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice in your normal Yoga class.
